Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
Kaiwei Silicone is a direct manufacturer with more than 26 years of experience in custom silicone products. Our factory in Dongguan, China, provides complete OEM & ODM services, including engineering support, mold development, prototyping, mass production, branding, and global shipping.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. We welcome customers to visit our manufacturing facility in Dongguan. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange your factory tour.

Product Development
Can you manufacture products from my drawings or samples?
Yes. We can manufacture products based on 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, physical samples, or even your product concept.
Can you help if I only have an idea?
Absolutely. Our engineering team can assist with product design optimization, material selection, and manufacturability analysis before production begins.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, SLDPRT, PRT, X_T, PDF, AI, DXF, and other common engineering formats.
Do you offer prototype samples?
Yes. Prototype samples are recommended before mass production to verify design, fit, function, and appearance.
Can you make custom molds?
Yes. We design and manufacture precision molds in-house to ensure efficient production and consistent quality.
Manufacturing
What silicone manufacturing processes do you offer?
We provide Compression Molding, Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Molding, Silicone Extrusion, Silicone Overmolding, Die Cutting, and Mold Manufacturing.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on product size, structure, and manufacturing process. We also support prototype and low-volume production for many projects.
How long does production take?
Prototype tooling generally takes 7–15 days. Production molds typically require 10–20 days, while mass production depends on product complexity and order quantity.
Can you produce low-volume orders?
Yes. We support both prototype production and small-batch manufacturing before scaling to full production.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support complete OEM & ODM manufacturing, from product development to final delivery.
Silicone Materials
What silicone materials do you use?
We use high-quality solid silicone and liquid silicone rubber (LSR), selected according to your product application and performance requirements.
Are your materials food-grade?
Yes. FDA and LFGB compliant materials are available for food-contact products.
What hardness can you produce?
We commonly manufacture silicone products between 10 and 80 Shore A, depending on the application.
Can you match custom colors?
Yes. We can match Pantone colors or physical color samples provided by customers.
Are your materials RoHS and REACH compliant?
Yes. RoHS and REACH compliant materials are available upon request.
Branding & Packaging
Can you add our logo?
Yes. We offer debossed, embossed, silk-screen printing, laser engraving, and other logo options depending on the product.
Do you provide custom packaging?
Yes. We support custom retail packaging, labels, barcodes, instruction manuals, and branded packaging solutions.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can prepare products according to Amazon FBA requirements, including barcode labels and customized packaging.

How can I get a quotation?
Simply send us your drawings, samples, or project requirements. We usually provide quotations within 24 business hours.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide product drawings, material requirements, dimensions, estimated quantity, color, hardness, logo requirements, packaging details, and any special specifications.
What factors affect mold cost?
Tooling cost depends on product size, structure, complexity, cavity quantity, and surface finish requirements.
Can I sign an NDA before sharing my design?
Yes. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before reviewing your project.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We export silicone products to customers worldwide via express, air freight, and sea freight.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We provide DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, sea freight, and other logistics solutions based on your delivery requirements.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor its delivery status.
How do you ensure product quality?
